確實不會變

People only change by themselves. Karma is not solidly constant even though it looks unchanged for long time.  It usually keeps changing in a negligible way. At certain rare point the change is visible.  So rude people may become nice some day, and vice versa.  But it does not happen overnight - there is some sign showing up for a while before that really happens.  Of course, most people changes very little over lifetime.  So do not count on it. 

Seeing the huge gap among people and how impossible to fill it is great, however, sometimes people may forget about it due to the similar way when they deal with routine work everyday even though the similarity only lies on the surface.
