貓魚比較少吃,就是怕那泥味。不過它來做酸菜魚挺好的,我想關鍵在魚的清理上,不光魚內裏要洗幹淨,外皮也要刷刷,把滑膩的粘膜刷幹淨。蒜子貓魚可加陳皮,薑,豆豉,效果會更好 :)
還是你教我吧,俺紐曲有難度 :)
