youtube下架了？

美國憲法第一修正案明確保障言論自由。政府法律隻限製仇恨和種族歧視這類言論。

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

即便youtube下架，也是出於它們自身的政治傾向，有媒體喜歡拜總，有的恨拜總，和對待川總一樣。這不能作為否定言論自由的根據。除非全美國所有媒體在一紙命令下全部消聲，才是對言論自由的踐踏。

當然，哪裏都沒有100%的言論自由。
