"中醫神秘化" is the biggest road block that stops 中醫 moving into a real science. Personally, I believe it is possible to identify and quantify the key ingredients in traditional Chinese  medicine and match them to Western medicines. And the logics used by Chinese Medicine can be interpreted by western physiology and anatomy. I wish I had thought about this when I picked my major years ago.
