Americans respect people with integrity, vision and talent. My personal experience let me convinced that this country will accept good people with open arm, regardless of the race and gender.
I honestly can't say the same about China, otherwise I wouldn't be here. One thing I know is chinese in general discriminate against women, especially the women with brain, and women that kick ass.
