you see yourself? "它"? what does it look like? what did you EXACTLY see?

(2) 我發現我什麽都可以做，什麽活動事業都不必停止.

but you only have one physical body and it is less energetic as one age...., how do you achieve "什麽活動事業都不必停止"?
