每天一杯咖啡預防口腔癌

我喜歡喝咖啡, 每當看到有關咖啡的事, 我都要讀一下. 讀到喝咖啡有益健康時, 我會沾沾自喜, 瞧, 喝咖啡

對健康有益, 於是每天理直氣壯地煮咖啡, 喝咖啡; 當讀到喝咖啡對健康不利時, 我又憂心忡忡, 每天煮咖

啡時, 有點猶豫不決, 喝咖啡時更是深感不安. 這從一定程度上影響了我喝咖啡的心情. 於是我決定在喝與

不喝咖啡一事上, 作出自己的決定. 權衡再三, 我還是決定喝! 人生苦短!

從今以後, 無論我讀到有關咖啡的一切, 我都決定我行我素. 做了決定的我, 已對咖啡的評價抱著無所謂的

態度. 奇怪的是, 好消息頻傳. 今天又讀到一篇. 轉發如下.

日本人每年都要消費大量的咖啡, 為探尋咖啡究竟能否起到防癌作用, 日本東北大學的研究人員對日本<<

身心研究>>雜誌提供的被調查者和咖啡等飲食方麵的數據進行了分析. 數據顯示, 在38000名40-64歲無癌

症史的被調查人群中, 有157人在隨後的13年中罹患口腔癌; 咽喉癌和食道癌. 與不喝咖啡的人相比, 那些

每天喝一杯或幾杯咖啡的被調查者罹患上述癌症的風險可降低一半. 研究結果刊登在美國<<流行病學

>>雜誌上.

研究者稱, 咖啡的防癌作用, 尤其是對吸煙喝酒者等癌症高威人群的保護作用是他們沒有想到的. 這與他

們以前認為咖啡致癌的看法有本質的區別. 他們認為, 盡管戒煙戒酒是預防上述癌症的最流行的觀點, 但

咖啡的防癌作用對低危和高危人群同樣有效.

我高興得又去買了幾袋咖啡. 今天買的是 World's finest coffees! Mark Ferrari specialty coffees. 兩袋8 oz. 的
