He will not win

Song is a good governor in Taiwan but he does not have enough votes to become the president of ROC. He got about 4% of the votes when he attended the election of Taipei mayor recently. If he joins the presidential election, Cai will win for sure. That is why the DDP has spent much efforts to persude him to join the election.
