Mainland has too many people. No one can be sure about what 5% of them would do.

Taiwan should get 1C2S to secure freedom. If Taiwan ends up with 1C1S, it would be more inconvenient. You guys do not say that you have enough international space now.

By the way, 5% of Taiwan's population are in the mainland now. They went there with their freedom. It is the governing authority of Taibei, who has been limiting the freedom of the people from the mainland district of the Republic of China.
