兩岸政治對話 薄瑞光：美無推促意涵

美國在台協會理事主席薄瑞光今天拜會行政院大陸委員會主委賴幸媛。陸委會發布新聞稿指出，美方說明，並未對兩岸進行政治性對話有任何推促 (push or urge)意涵，完全沒有時間表。

薄瑞光說明，美國是基於過去以來鼓勵兩岸對話的立場進行表述，美方並沒有特別涵意。

新聞稿指出，薄瑞光強調，未來兩岸政治對話應依照台灣的需要，及完全尊重台灣民意，方能作後續的安排。

中國國家主席胡錦濤和美國總統歐巴馬於17日在北京會麵，發表「中美聯合聲明」。在提及台灣部分，雙方強調台灣問題在中美關係中的重要性，美方則表示，歡迎台灣海峽兩岸關係和平發展，「期待兩岸加強經濟、政治及其他領域的對話與互動，建立更加積極、穩定的關係。」

薄瑞光於近中午時拜會賴幸媛，完整說明歐巴馬訪問中國大陸的相關情況。

陸委會說，薄瑞光在會麵中指出，對於歐巴馬訪問中國大陸，美國在行前及訪問後都一直與台灣保持聯繫與說明，並在第一時間向台灣簡報。

薄瑞光強調，對於台灣的主權及領土問題，美國的立場並沒有改變，完全是依據1972年的美中「上海公報」，對於大陸的要求，始終以「認知」 (acknowledge)來處理。

薄瑞光指出，歐巴馬與胡錦濤晤談時明白表示，美國對台政策的立場沒有任何改變，美方認為，胡錦濤對此應有瞭解。
