關鍵不是馬政府應否下台，而是台灣政府從風災學到了什麽！台灣的政府和精英階層是否進行了深刻反思，台灣的行政係統是否進行了檢討並製訂了未來針對類似災害的防災減災詳盡預案。我想，台灣民眾，台灣政府以及台灣的經濟和政治都承受不起再一次這樣的災難和疏失了。
