the complexity of the natural world is overwhelming. We need to decide what in the world to attend to and what to ignore. 

不同的人做不同的選擇，不僅看到的現象不同，即使看到同樣的現象也可能會得出不同的結論，產生不同的行為。

不管你凝視世界的哪一個角落，你都會發現哪裏很複雜。所以自己能做的就是明確自己想幹什麽，專注於自己想做的事情，別的可以忽略。
