Staging呢是在美國賣房子之前，房子能賣一個好價錢的其中一個很關鍵的因素，也叫售前美化裝飾，在美國就叫home staging。它是在美國賣房賣出好價錢的一個關鍵因素。
如果大家對這個話題有興趣的話，我會做幾集關於我的工作室內設計的一些竅門，staging的一些小tips和大家分享。希望對大家做自己家的軟裝和室內美化裝飾有點啟發和借鑑。
