我以為一個健康的公司，SG&A 不應該超過revenue的10%。
SG&A 是指 Selling General and Administrative 。
包括所有sales， marketing ，administrative，accounting，hr，IP，。。。。的全部費用。CFO，CSO，corp consel 的開銷都在裏麵。
