for you to get a sales job. All the sales in our company are not only native Americans but also extremely outgoing and talkative. Imagine even we all speak Chinese could are we are talkative and outgoing. Sales needs special caliber. sales also have a target they have to meet within a quarter otherwise they got let go very soon. They have a low base and most of their salary are from commission.

I would recommend you get a adminstration type of job.
