比如:曲腿起坐;曲腿一條腿搭另一條腿起坐時一手肘去碰另一邊的膝蓋(連我自己都CONFUSED了:)),這種姿勢練腰側;雙腿曲起懸空起坐;側臥起坐;雙腿向上伸直起坐;平躺雙腿伸直抬起。我就這幾種了,單練一種是堅持不下來的,太BORING。希望有幫助!
