我很喜歡它家的catalog and Creative director Jenna Lyons, 有個在它家做marketing的朋友說，它們的雜誌主要是理念，其實沒很多人buy through catalog.

BTW, 它被收購 is a take private deal led by CEO. This type of deal normally happens when the management thinks the stock is undervalued. It doesn't signify 管理層不穩定.不過被私募公司收購的portfolio company一定會收緊開支和減低成本，所以有可能質量變差.
