That stopped me.
When he heard I was going to spend 3k on drapery, he totally balked lol. It's very Chinese of him, but he can't imagine spending that kind of money on drapes, or window treatment.
After his objection, I never picked up the project again. And now it's rented, so it's the other couple's problem now. :)
