這腰圍得多少才算標準.

剛才google 了一下, 真是嚇一跳. 

據說:

腰圍=身高 X 0.34(如:身高160cm的標準腰圍=160cm X 0.34=54.4cm) 

我還一直以為自己算腰細的呢...
