還沒有刻意去增或減，兩個方向大概都不容易：-）。I still remember the day I put on my normal clothes to get ready to go home from the hospital after the birth of my first child. I was so sadly shocked that my tummy looked as if there were still a baby inside! Fortunately, it was all gone within a month...
