李連傑加入新加坡國籍事件中的訛傳 原創

ＰＲ和外國人不可以買永久地契有地房產，必須新加坡國籍才能買
唯一例外是聖滔沙，但那也是９９年的．
現在ＪＥＴ在屋脊芝麻買了個永久地契有地房產，隻有兩個可能，他是新公民，或者他得到特批．
根據以往經驗，隻有在新投資數以億計超大項目的才會特批，而且，屋子的大小也有上限，必須自住．
ＪＥＴ對新的貢獻應該沒到特批的水平，他買的房子規格超標．就算他投資個大煉油廠應該都批不下來



首先，買一千四百萬美元的房產並不能加入新加坡國籍，隻能幫他拿到綠卡，大約1-2年後才能轉換國籍。針對這樣的“特殊人物”移民廳可以加快程序，但不可能抵觸法律。如果李連傑當真已經是新加坡國籍了，那說明他早在1-2年前就是新加坡的永久居民了。記得1-2年前他來過一次新加坡，說不定是為了綠卡的事情。
