家庭年收入約28萬SGD,值得從美國來嗎？

我是新人，美籍華人，可能要從美國搬到獅城
家庭年收入約28萬SGD，兩個孩子要上私立學校，不打算買車，想租一個比較好的房子（3 bedroom），請個傭人，生活質量會如何？
可以負擔的起嗎？

將來還是希望小孩會美國上大學，有什麽潛在的困難嗎？
