大概比例：

總投資費用（按花花新聞消息）= 約850元/每尺

1）土地：按花花新聞土地投標消息是 = 約430元/每尺 = 50% （占了一半）

4）constructoin cost,按老鍾BCA的數據是 = 約200/每尺 = 25%

其他三項 （2）+ （3） +（5） = 900 - 430 - 200 = 270元/每尺 = 25%

 

Site manpower 工地人工費用（包括site engineers，skilled works and unskilled labors)在第四項 construction cost 可能約占30% ，占總投資費用約7～8%。
