討論：Lakefront的公寓要不要買？

最近，裕廊西湖畔地鐵站旁，要新蓋一個公寓，Lakefront，昨天遇到一個經紀，鼓動我買。可俺一直希望房價掉下來，但是好像降價的動靜不大呀！鬱悶！
