急問從美國去新加坡事宜

緊急求助，本人來美國10年，讀書6年，工作4年（持H1-B簽證），現有新加坡工作機會，想去。請問1）如果從美國直接去新加坡的話除了公司所需的document，還需其他的證明嗎？比如在美期間無犯罪證明，因為要到FBI去給鬼子交錢，還需TAKE時間很麻煩，又急著走。2）如日後決定申請入籍新加坡，需要等多久？都有什麽要求。
