5000新幣能租什麽房子

美國待了8年，準備接受一個新加坡的工作機會，不是完整的外派待遇，但是房補有5000，不知道能不能租到東海岸的3室一廳公寓？還有什麽別的選擇嗎？另外，租一輛豐田的佳美每月需要多少銀子？先謝謝了
