讓自己學會“自得其樂”！

   蜜語甜言，形影不離那是熱戀的愛情姿勢。在婚姻中是無跡可尋。平淡的婚姻戀曲是由柴米油鹽來主唱的。所以才會有人說抓住老公的心先要抓住老公的胃。平淡的婚姻需要一顆平常心對待。婚姻生活中比較難有花前月下的浪漫，若仍期望老公像婚前一樣善解人意，那注定以失望收場。婚姻生活有的是實在，缺的是浪漫。每個人的興趣愛好不同，有的興趣可以共享，夫妻可以同歡共樂。有的興趣卻無法分享。在老公享受自己的興趣愛好時，妻子做著自己喜歡的事。老公相陪，即便是沒有交流，心中也覺溫暖，畫麵也很溫馨。夫妻有時需要一些各自的興趣空間。這有助於保持良好的情緒。不過若夫妻一直沉迷於自己的興趣，對對方長時間的置之不理，漠不關心。這對婚姻有害無益。我說的需要興趣空間是指在夫妻互相欣賞，溝 通良好，有一些共同愛好，共同話題的基礎上。這世上不會有人時刻的陪伴自己。隻有你自己才能時刻陪著你，人要學會和自己交朋友，多培養自己的興趣愛好。當你不得不一個人獨處時，可以開心的自己安排節目，有事可做，自得其樂不會情緒低落。你快樂的情緒會傳染給家人。家庭氣氛會燦爛明媚。幸福的婚姻需夫妻兩人共同努力，若夫妻有一人不開心，會影響到一家人的情緒。若任性發火， 不但使家陰雲密布， 還會讓孩子偶有陣雨。陪養自己的良好情緒有助於家庭氣氛的和諧。“自得其樂” 不但把快樂送給了自己，也把愉悅送給了家人。
