請教專家 高手，這種水龍頭 輕微漏水， 如何換閥芯 cartridge ? 先謝

左右看了看，沒有發現，可以打開的地方，沒有可以用，Allen wrench的小孔，
是否需用 strap wrench ? 包住 handle， 旋轉 ？
或者必需從sink 底部完全拆下， 修好在裝回？這個實在麻煩。
