這次回國重訪了一些舊地，聽著這首歌美妙的旋律，勾起了很多對青春時光的回憶。我的青春和很多朋友一樣，都幾乎是人生中最好的一段時光，充滿了夢想、熱情和無盡的可能性。當站在舊時的景物前，回望自己那段光陰，仿佛都能夠感受到當時的心跳。即使那時也有挫折的時刻，但多年後回想起來，好像躍然心上的都是那些美好的回憶。
歲月流逝，走過了青澀的年華，經曆了許多生活的曲折，人到中年。此時的回憶，會刻意避開深刻的傷痛和挫折－－生活已經有很多無奈，何必再讓過去來雪上加霜。
記憶，它被挑選了。
多年後再次唱起這首“Memory”，也曾感受過孤獨和失落、也曾為生活的曲折而疲憊不堪，也曾希望回歸青春的活力和激情，而明天又是新的一天。。。。這時就更能理解格裏茲貝拉的心境。
