一盤原創黑色的黑貽貝(海虹）菜配上一首黑夜的詩（by Longfellow）會是種怎樣的體驗？這菜俺叫它《黑海上牧場》，主要因為韭苔狂長不知咋吃，做成這盤組合。韭苔的嫩香，mix 吃是很美味的, 因為正當舌尖對海鮮（黑貽貝）有點麻木時，幾口香甜的韭香便是最好的收場，就像牧場上的羊兒找到最嫩的草原時候感覺一樣。
回到HL詩上，這是比喻生命周轉的詩，那旅客或traveller就是芸芸眾生，回到鎮裏不回岸，不回來，但生命繼續著，潮又漲了，像俺的韭苔，一波一波的......
