why not happy

Of mankind we may say in general they are fickle, hypocritical, and greedy of gain. 

 

 

Fickle: changing frequently, esp. as regards one's loyalties, interests, or affection.

 

Hypocritical: behaving in a way that suggests one has higher standards or more noble beliefs than is the case.

 

 

 

The happiness and peace attained by those satisfied by the nectar of spiritual tranquility is not attained by greedy persons restlessly moving here and there.
