What do you mean "以我的名義買"? using your money, or registered under

Do you need "名義" to buy lottery?

I only paid money, never was asked to show ID. Bought several times, won nothing, and was told nobody had won 20 million in the history of that Publix, I stopped this investment. Then every time I go to that Publix, I use the money for lottery to buy some canned food for stray cats in the yard of the store, watching them eating, and go home.
