我用coconut manna 99% chocolate. Coconut manna 巧克力都需要融化先,把瓶子放熱水裏泡,然後攪拌均勻,分到chocolate molds裏,放幾個小時成固體時用保鮮膜包著放冰箱過夜。第二天就可以出模了。比例隨你喜歡吧,99%巧克力很苦,coconut有點香甜問,剛好調味。我差不多3:1的比例,coconut manna 3, chcolate 1.很好吃,要記得它也有很多熱量,不能多吃。:D
