不管你是否盈利，你都得把你的在2011年賣掉的股票一項一項地填到Schedule D上，並且把相應的買進成本也添上去。你是eTrade account. 你要的資料etrade已經給你清楚地列好：

Log into your etrade account

Click on "accounts" (the first tab at the left)
Click on "Tax & Account Records"
Click on "Tax Documents" (on the left side of the screen)
Click on "2011 FORMS 1099 & DETAILS" to download the pdf file.

這不是真正地被抽到審計，沒什麽好擔心的。你不填的話，IRS假定你的成本都為零，那就算你少交稅了。
