晚上宴請的有兩個是北京人, 我說家裏有海鮮醬, 就是吃片皮鴨用的, 跟北方人說的麵醬沒什麽區別. 她們愣是要出門買一包麵醬回來. 一看包裝上的英文, 哦哦, HOISIN SAUCE.

土豆泥. 土豆去皮切塊兒, 放入冷水鍋中, 大火煮開, 中火再煮40分鍾, 然後去出瀝水, 用勺底壓泥, 倒入牛奶和微波爐裏融化的黃油, 撒上黑胡椒和鹽, 拌勻即可.

土豆泥汁. 用烤火雞盤底的汁水, 瓢油後倒入鍋中, 加鮮抽醬油, 加入水澱粉勾芡即可.
