Americans do as much as they want unless it's illegal.
I think Chinese tends to do and judge the other way.
Tang has proved that he is capable, that's enough.
What degree do you need to be a trader on Wall Street? None. What degree does Bill Gates have? Unfortanutely, Chinese requires degrees as well as age.
