Maybe it's just me, but no, no second chance for this kind of behavior before marriage. Not every man flirts like this, especially when he is supposed to be very in love at that time...Why should she forgive? It's a life time commitment she is making here and I just feel he is not the right man for her. Sorry for being so blunt. It's just my 2 cents anyway :).
