哈嘍啊, 飯已OK啦, 下來米西吧~

買錯了,買了老豆腐了:)



買的雪花牛,買整塊的,單價比買雪花牛排便宜,主要是因為便宜很多,否則也不費這事還要自己切. 中午回家醃了,剛才烤了:)


說好了要減肥,所以最近都隻吃這樣兩碗,本來是三碗,爭取減到一碗:)
