最近工作讓我感到身心疲憊

也不知道有些美國人是真不了解中國呢，還是故意挖苦咱們中國人，總有一些問題，一些話語，讓你覺得小看我們中國。比方說中午一起吃午飯時，我們在談論美國的一部關於婆媳關係的電影，就是裏麵的婆婆對媳婦很mean，一個美國老頭問我，中國的婆婆是不是都是這樣？我跟他爭辯說，哪裏都有這樣的婆婆，中國的婆婆也不都是這樣。上次過母親節，也是這個老頭問我送什麽禮物給我遠在中國的媽媽了？我跟我說送了這個那個，他接著問我，中國也過母親節嗎？我聽他那話就感覺中國不appreciate母親似的，我跟他說當然過了，他還一副半信半疑的樣子。這個老頭是這麽回事，２０年前到過中國，所以對中國的印象一直停留在２０年前，總覺得中國是貧窮落後的代名詞。每次我都恨不得跟他大吵一架。可偏偏他又是每年給我寫evaluation的其中一個人。我已經最大限度的保全我的尊嚴了。不計這種你一言我一語，正式談話都談了兩次。人家還是不care. 你們說作為在美國職場的中國人，能夠做到我這樣還算不算軟弱呀？我最受不了別人欺負我了，包括欺負中國和中國人。
