三斤黑芝麻，

用水漂去浮在上麵的，留下麵的上籠屜蒸

蒸一次，放在太陽下曬一次，再蒸、再曬，一共九遍，然後搗成粉（大約搗３００下，搗的時候要想快樂的事，不能想憂愁的事），用蜜做成小丸子，每天早上用米酒很慢很慢地服下三丸(要極其慢)。

每天服每天服，三年後和兒子出門別人會以為你們是兄弟。 ^^
