我說得自以為是 是對別人的生活指指點點，好了，不多說了。：）
第二點我也是聽來的，When you said/do something and that something hurt someone's feeling, it does not matter if you intended to hurt or not, the fact is someone's feeling is hurt. Your being not intentional has nothing to do with that fact. And if something is done intentionally, of cause you are responsible even if you feel that is not a big deal, because it is only not a big deal to you, not other person. The other person is allowed to be different from you.
