奧蘭群島（Åland Islands），又稱阿赫韋南馬群島，是芬蘭的自治省，位於波羅的海的波的尼亞灣入口處，由6500餘個島嶼組成，陸地麵積590平方英裏。首府為瑪麗港，截至2017年，人口約2.6萬人。

奧蘭群島經濟以海運、漁業和旅遊業為主，擁有發行郵票和懸掛省旗的自治權。奧蘭島的海洋博物館是世界上最好的海洋博物館之一，在瑪麗港東邊的船塢還可以看到傳統船隻建造的過程。奧蘭群島博物館生動地展示了奧蘭群島從史前至今的曆史和文化。

奧蘭群島從2014年起發行生肖郵票。
