默默無聞的鱒魚百合

默默無聞的鱒魚百合

鱒魚百合，因葉子很像鱒魚而得名。學名美洲豬牙花（英名：Yellow Trout Lily）。但我更喜歡鱒魚百合這個名字。 

鱒魚百合，生長在落葉森林或在樹林的邊緣，喜歡酸性土壤，含有豐富的腐殖質，喜潮濕，在野外一般在樹下生長。

 

鱒魚百合一般盛開在四月或五月，在夏季來臨之前凋落。

 

花、葉和根莖食用。葉、根莖和全株藥用。傳統醫學用途：結核性潰瘍，水腫，發熱，呃逆，嘔吐，便血，腫瘤，避孕，等等。
