None of them want to. My daughter made her announcement at 7 to 8 years old. She said she didn't like seeing blood.
As a ittle girl, it's understandable that she's not very interested in cutting and mending human bodies. My older son, since he's a not very hard working lad, of course he does not want to be a doctor! Recently my daughter decided she wanted to be an engineer, computer or chemical engineer; my older son said he wanted to be a school teacher. To me, both are very safe jobs. Teachers don't get paid as much as engineers do but for a boy that has always been quite lazy, laid back or lassiez faire, it's not a bad choice.
As for my youngest, a five year old boy, I don't need to ask for his opinion. Keeping my fingers crossed, I hope he doesn't want to be a doctor or a lawyer, chasing ambulance the entire life. They maybe got more money than most others, but not necessarily got happiness. It's hard to have to make hard decisions often on whether to lie to people's face about their fate, or to deliver the dire news about life and death to someone's wife, mother, children.
I hope my children don't need to go through all these emotional and psychological trials. Their nerves are not made of steel. They may collapse from the stress. They can just be ordinary people, but not God or Goddess, or the gardian angels that save and deliver lives. They can live a peaceful life, however uneventful it might be. I don't mind if so.
