The best approach now for Trump is to call

the Martial Law, under which a nation-wide revote will be conducted, before the case goes to the Supreme Court.  This is under the assumption that the Dominion server at Frankfurt was indeed obtained by Trump's side.  It's too shaky to leave the whole case to the 9 individuals who may be threatened by the "powerful force."  The only fair election is paper-based ballot, with voter ID, and hand-count.  If Trump loses, we'll concede!
