啥yield protection呀

這個情節cmu 有，Gtech沒有。問題是

現在這種申請已經讓公立招生混亂不堪，費大量人力金錢搞錄取，討論正常秩序，公立當然把不可能來的據了，跟protection沒關。公立誰care啊
