打架被叫警察了，請教！！！

因為和LG口角，抓破了他的手。被鄰居報了警。警察來後，因為有傷，說本來要arrest我，但因為有個小baby,可能也是不太嚴重，說打電話給social worker 談一下就行了。最近壓力很大，要找工作，很著急。綠卡的495在pending，會不會對找工作，綠卡有影響呢？ 警察留了case number，說可以要case copy.這樣的話嚴重嗎？多謝回複！！！
