玻璃門被槍打後警察報告隻"approved"可否作出庭證據

玻璃門被冷槍打破，房主不修，填了警察報告（online)。警察報告 reply only marked the report is approved by an officer. Not mention anything about investigation.
Is it good enough to service as a court evidence that outside force broken the door.
What are effective evidence for the court?
