上次ADW谘詢了律師，有關警察report裏的證詞問題

上次在這問過意見assault with dangerous weapon（椅子），現在谘詢了三個律師，老公願意dismiss case, 兩個律師說，在trial day老公去說明行使marital privilege 可以撤案，第三個律師指出police report 裏有一句話“interviewing both parties, who provided with similar account of the incident" I “was identified as the primary aggrssor in this incident", prosecuter 可以以此來against 我自己。但我當時向警察明確表示老公所說not true，當時我見警察來了也很緊張，原話記不清了，我所說的話報告裏一句沒寫。

各位專家，哪個律師說的對？警察report可以做證據？警察可以上庭作證嗎？我在MA。感謝！????
