"On xx/xx/10 at approximately 1700 hours I place a phone call to the last registered owner of the vehicle. the xx confirmed that she did own a gold toyota bearing PA reg of xxx. she then related to me that she did not hit any vehicle on 676. she refused to give license and insurance information to me because she did not believe i was a state trooper even after giving work # and Badge #.
on xx/xx/10 at approximately 2000 hrs, tpr YY arrived at the address of xx. he confirmed the vehicle and noted damage to the front fender of the vehicle. tpr xx spoke with xx and obtained the required information for the report. notice of crash investigation was mailed to xx."
